Q: What happens if I lost or misplaced my web access information (PAC Code), how can I order my gift?
It is still possible to order your gift. All you need to do is contact Client Services, by phone at 1-866-924-1280, Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 12 AM EST and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST. You will need to provide your name, employee number and date of employment (anniversary). Instructions will be communicated to you giving you access to for the Web site.
Q: Can I select an award from another year's selection?
You may select an award from the appropriate level for your years of service or from a lower level. For example, a 35 year employee may select a 20 or 30 year award, but cannot combine awards from both levels.
Q: May I exchange the gift if I am not happy with it?
If a recipient is not fully satisfied, the gift may be returned for an exchange of an item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt, provided the item has not been customized or altered. However, if the item is customized or altered in any way, an exchange will not be possible.
Q: Can I get a Birks gift certificate instead of one of the gift selections?
No. Gift certificates cannot be issued to replace a gift.
Q: Can I see the Birks items in a Birks store?
No. Most items chosen for the Service Award program are available exclusively through the recognition website and are not available for viewing in their stores.
Q: How do I measure sizes for a ring, bracelet or watch?
It is recommended that you go to your local jeweler for an accurate sizing. If this is not an option, you can also find instructions on how to measure for a ring, bracelet or watch, on the "How to Order" tab on this Web site.
Q: Once I have made a selection and ordered, when will I receive my gift?
After you have placed your order, your order will be processed and shipped to your work location. The average processing time is between six to eight weeks.
Q: If my watch bracelet does not fit, can I have it sized?
Yes. Please contact us immediately at the Client Services department at 1-866-924-1280, Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 12 AM EST and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST. A Client Services representative will email or mail you a RMA package in order for you to send your watch back to us for re-sizing. Please make sure to keep and enclose the additional links that would have been sent with your watch if the bracelet requires lengthening. For a leather strap watch, depending on the model, there may be an additional charge for a longer strap if needed. You may contact the Client Services department at 1-866-924-1280 to coordinate the request.
Q: What do I do if there is a problem with my gift?

Q: Can you adjust the length of pearl or gold necklaces and/or bracelets?
No. These items are standard in length as per the description in the catalogue. They cannot be adjusted to an individual's size.
