If visiting a jeweller is not an option, simply refer to ring and wrist measurement instructions below in order to determine your size. Please indicate the size in the appropriate size box when ordering through this web site. You do not need to enter a size measurement for a leather strap watch.
  • Please note should you choose to order any electronic/electrical equipment the voltage is 110V, if your countries voltage and/or plug is different you will have to purchase a transformer and adaptor.
  • Please make your award selection within two weeks of receipt of your web access information. Your award order will be processed and shipped to your work location.
To place your order, please follow these instructions:
  1. Go to the Award Catalogue tab to view the award selection. You may browse any level you like but you may only select a gift from your award level or below, not from a higher level.
  2. Once you have decided on which gift you would like, click the Select button.
  3. Enter your size, if applicable.
  4. Enter the PAC code that was provided to you in your web access information. Your Personal Access Code (PAC) is a 10- digit security code used to confirm your eligibility.
  5. Follow the prompts to review your delivery address and then click Place Order. A confirmation page will appear with a reference number, once your order has been submitted.
Following confirmation of your order, if the item selected is discontinued or no longer available, all efforts will be made to replace it with a similar item of equal value. If that is not possible, you will be contacted to choose another gift within your selection.

Ring and Wrist Measurement Instructions

For a more accurate measurement, you can visit your local jeweller and they can inform you on your ring and watch size. If visiting a jeweller is not an option, here is an easy way to find your ring/wrist size. All you need is a sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler!
  • Tear off a piece of paper and place paper against your finger or your wrist;
  • Wrap paper around your finger or your wrist and mark the spot where the paper overlaps with your pencil;
  • Measure the paper against the ruler and select the closest measurement (in centimeters);
  • Refer to the chart below to find your appropriate ring or watch size.
